You will be sent a receipt for reimbursement from your school district.
If you choose to connect by using a Purchase Order, you should still complete the below information and click on the submit button. This will place your information in our data base so you can login to the system. Simply close the browser that has redirected you to the PayPal site. After you fax your Purchase Order to 281-271-8423 you will receive an e-mail with your login and password information. You can now begin training your students. When we receive your fax, we will process your order within 48 hours and you will receive an e-mail with your confirmation.
If you wish ot pay with a check from your activity funed account, we will gladly help you with that situation as well. Just call 281-736-5048 after you have completed the form below and tell us that you wish to pay through an activity account check. We are Athletic Trainers working in a Texas High School, so we know that there are many ways to accomplish paying for a service.
